Last week I wrote a little Twitter application to track tweets with the #pmot (project managers on twitter) hash tag. I am using this data to build a real time project manager reputation list of those who have the most influence.
Derek Huether at The Critical Path has been nice enough to write up a short article about it. I won't confirm if his guess about the way scores are calculated is correct!
We should note that we can only score people who's tweets appear in the public feed. If you can't be searched for via the API then you either won't show up or will be scored incorrectly. However we think it is still useful for finding the project managers you really should be following.
